Right of Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

However, this does not apply to digital content that is made available immediately after purchase.

Exclusion of the withdrawal right

According to § 356(5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires once:

• the consumer has explicitly agreed to the immediate delivery of the digital content,
  and
• the consumer has confirmed that this results in the loss of their withdrawal right.

This confirmation is collected during checkout.

Consequences of withdrawal

If withdrawal is applicable (only when content is NOT delivered immediately), we refund all payments within 14 days via the original payment method.
